Get a photo of my cat’s face

Orient Blender to Z view and insert photo as the bg, scale it so it’s about 20cm on the longest side

Add a vertex slightly outside his border.

Extrude verts tracing the outline, again slightly outside the border.

Fill the last line

Fill the whole face

Select all verts, bevel verts 50% with an amount of sections that seems appropriate

Merge all by distance

Extrude face .4mm

Repeat this process with his eyes but extrude them .8mm from origin

Extrude the pupils 1mm from origin

Repeat the process with the ears, but extrude them a large amount and move it through the silhouette object

Apply Boolean difference to the silhouette using the two ears

Repeat this process with the nose

Make a cube, scale it .2 in the Z dimension, move it -.4Z

Scale it to fit the portrait

Load to Bambu studio with pink, white, green, blue, and black filament

Pink filament as base, paint the silhouette white, paint his right eye blue, left eye green (I guess the viewer would see his “left” eye as blue).

Pupils black

Insert a pause at layer 9 to swap in black filament
