Going to the rave tonight so I don’t have time to model in between now and then.

I want to make a system that allows multiple mechanical components to interlock, but I want the system to be able to accommodate multiple devices of different sizes. As of now, I make a base plate each time that only works with mechanisms of a certain size. The ideal base plate is dynamic and will accommodate a variety of sizes.

The current idea is having a few lead screws, maybe 4 or 5 that have a carrier nut that can host a pin. The lead screws would allow the user to position the carrier nut+shaft wherever is necessary.

Fairly mechanically simple and easy to build.
